METATAILOR v2.5 Enhances Real-Time, Self-Adaptive Clothing Workflows


Update 2.5 introduces what the tool’s users have long been waiting for: official Unreal Engine and Unity plugins, making jumping between DCCs simpler than ever. With this version, characters can move between Unreal Engine, Unity, and METATAILOR while skipping skin-weighting entirely. Clothing automatically fits, skin-weights, and adapts to each character, regardless of where it was created or which engine it comes from.

You can bring a character into METATAILOR, dress it, and send it back to the game engine of your choice: “No manual skin-weighting. No rework.”
