Thirty-eight Honduran migrants, who participated in the Department of Homeland Security’s  “Project Homecoming” to “self-deport” themselves, arrived in Honduras from the USA. Participants get a payment of $1,000 from the US government if the migrant leaves voluntarily and the scheme “preserves the possibility” of their return, “one day” to the United States legally.
