Technical Artist Shahzod Boyhonov, the creator of the Cell Fluids add-on, has shared a technique for creating immersive sound effects by adjusting the pitch of a looping AudioSource based on an object’s speed.
The demonstration uses a two-second audio clip, showing how this method results in more natural and dynamic audio.
Boyhonov is currently developing a VR game for the Meta Quest 3 platform using Unity. The artist describes the project as a “meditation/anti-stress game”:
