Friedemann, the developer of the upcoming retro-fantasy roguelike strategy Slots & Daggers, unveiled this WIP animation featuring a machine paying out coins, polished with impressive sound effects.
The game is an immersive dark-fantasy game that blends a slot machine and fantasy RPG. The developer shared that it combines a lot of their favorite things – quirky fantasy world, sketchy drawings, old-school hip-hop drum machines, and arcade games, with their retro vibes and distinct sounds, all mixed with roguelike mechanics.
