This water ball is the first step in a project titled Realistic Water Magic VFX by HeyYo, which will likely become a purchasable asset. Instead of relying on simulations or VAT, the artist achieved the effect using an unlit material combined with a four-emitter setup.
Moving forward, HeyYo plans to turn this into a water magic attack effect.
