Developer JankyAnims presented an updated version of their running and acrobatic game project set up with Unity, featuring impressive wall-running movements.
As shared by the artist, for the first update, they focused mostly on improving the feel of transitions of existing animations and their fluidity and spectacle. The developer also added a first iteration of basic platforming mechanics, including ledge grabs and a jump up, with variants of wall run ledge grabs. The sliding mechanic was further refined, with placeholder animations replaced by updated versions.
