Israel on Sunday announced that it was terminating Doctors Without Borders or Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) operations in Gaza over its failure to provide a list of Palestinian staff. MSF called the decision a “pretext to obstruct humanitarian assistance” to Gaza and said it did not hand over staff names because Israeli authorities failed to provide assurances to guarantee their safety.
